The new feature is the MANOSKOP® 730 VDE torque wrench, which is designed to work in environments where electrical cables or other electrical components are live. MANOSKOP® 730 VDE HAS double safety insulated plastic packaging that does not, however, affect the accuracy and reliability of the tool.
